3. API Usage and Rate Limits

3.1. If you use our API, you agree to abide by our API documentation and guidelines.

3.2. We implement rate limiting on our API to ensure fair usage and service stability. The specific limits depend on your subscription plan.

3.3. Attempting to bypass or circumvent rate limits is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3.4. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your API keys with third parties or expose them in client-side code.

4. Payment Terms

4.2. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable.

4.3. For subscription plans, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual).

4.5. There will be no refunds for partial months of service or for periods where your account was not used.

5.3. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5.4. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM:

ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICES
PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES
